[Remote] Founding Growth Lead
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RTScale AI is a company specializing in affective compute infrastructure for consent provenance, capturing multimodal signatures for identity verification. The Founding Growth Lead will be responsible for defining market entry strategies, building demand through various channels, and developing partnerships while working directly with the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Own growth end-to-end — defining how RTScale enters the market, lands its first design partners, and builds a repeatable pipeline
- Own positioning and messaging across RTScale's solution portfolio
- Build top-of-funnel demand through content, LinkedIn, ABM, and events
- Drive outbound into target accounts to book and help close early pilots
- Develop channel partnerships across MSSPs, banking and industry associations, and international markets
- Analyze growth metrics, align go-to-market strategy with product, and build the growth function from scratch
Skills
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, sales, or business development, ideally in cybersecurity, fintech, or regtech
- Proven expertise in growth strategy, customer acquisition, and funnel optimization
- Track record selling or marketing into financial services — banks, credit unions, wealth management, or adjacent regulated verticals (real estate / title, crypto, or payments a plus)
- Experience building partnerships, ideally cross-border (EU, UK, or APAC)
- Proficiency analyzing growth metrics and adapting strategy to data insights
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with product and sales, plus exceptional stakeholder communication and relationship management
- Comfort with zero-to-one ambiguity and strong writing — able to turn deep technology into buyer-relevant value
- Bachelor's degree required
- Background in AI, behavioral intelligence, or fraud prevention a plus
- MBA or equivalent experience an advantage
