[Remote] National Account Sales Director - General Freight
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. International is seeking a National Account Sales Director for General Freight to lead their National Account Freight Sales. This role involves executing sales strategies to drive revenue and profit growth while managing customer relationships and leading a team.
Responsibilities
- Managing our Customer and Dealer relationship across all functional areas
- Managing all aspects of the sales process
- Work directly with all levels of the customers leadership including sales, parts, service and procurement
- Manage, motivate, train, develop and provide leadership for all direct reports
- Quarterback all aspects of our customer interface for sales, parts and service
- Develop strategies and action plans for assigned customers
- Grow parts market share, revenue and profit
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of sales experience
- At least 3 years of lead experience
- OR Master's degree and at least 5 years of sales experience
- At least 3 years of lead experience
- OR at least 10 years of sales experience
- At least 3 years of lead experience
- Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States
- MS Office skills. Strong skills in Excel
- Experience presenting to all levels of leadership both internally and externally
- Experience leading a team
- Commercial experience, sales, account management for more than 3 years
- Being comfortable around higher level executives
- Relationship building
- OE account management for large customers
- Heavy duty truck experience
