[Remote] Digital Marketing Specialist (Webflow) \- Part Time

They are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who can execute and optimize marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, Webflow, and email automation.
Responsibilities
- Own on-page, technical, and content SEO initiatives
- Conduct keyword research, content mapping, and optimization
- Monitor performance through Google Search Console and GA4
- Improve rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates
- Support link-building and digital PR initiatives
- Build and maintain pages, landing pages, and CMS collections in Webflow
- Optimize user experience, conversion rates, and site performance
- Run A/B tests and implement website improvements
- Integrate marketing tools, analytics, forms, and third-party scripts
- Create and manage nurture sequences, newsletters, and lifecycle campaigns
- Build audience segmentation and automated workflows
- Maintain deliverability and list health
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize results
- Manage organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns
- Create audiences, launch campaigns, and monitor performance
- Optimize CPL, CTR, and lead generation efforts
- Support company page growth and engagement
- Create presentations, one-pagers, sales collateral, and campaign creatives
- Design marketing assets for email, social media, and paid advertising
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Strong experience in at least three of the following: SEO, Webflow, Email Marketing & Automation, Paid Social Advertising
- Proven Webflow experience with live websites or portfolio examples
- Experience using modern email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Customer.io, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar)
- Experience managing paid LinkedIn campaigns and budgets
- Strong design skills with a portfolio showcasing presentations, one-pagers, or marketing creatives
- Fluent Spanish and professional-level English
- Highly organized and able to work independently
- Video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
- Motion graphics or animation experience
- GA4, SEO, or digital marketing certifications
- Experience leveraging AI tools for marketing workflows
