[Remote] Campaign Marketing Manager

The Campaign Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, working closely with multiple teams to ensure successful launches and measurable business results.
Responsibilities
- Own campaign planning and execution across the business
- Lead cross-functional campaign development from brief through launch and post-mortem
- Build integrated marketing plans that align brand, creative, ecommerce, retail, social, partnerships, email, SMS, and paid media
- Manage key company initiatives including:
- Product launches
- Retail launches
- Seasonal campaigns
- Promotional events
- Black Friday / Cyber Monday
- January fitness campaigns
- Costco and retail programs
- Brand partnerships and activations
- Develop campaign calendars and ensure alignment across departments
- Partner with creative teams to ensure assets are delivered on time and aligned with campaign objectives
- Coordinate with ecommerce teams to support site experiences, landing pages, and merchandising
- Partner with retail marketing and sales teams to support customer-specific initiatives
- Collaborate with lifecycle, paid media, and social teams to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness
- Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization
- Lead post-campaign analysis and share learnings with the broader organization
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, campaign marketing, or related fields
- Experience leading complex cross-functional marketing initiatives
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of ecommerce, retail, digital marketing, and consumer brands
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance creativity and execution
- Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Experience in CPG, wellness, fitness, nutrition, or consumer products
- Experience supporting national retail programs
- Experience working with both DTC and retail channels
- Experience managing large-scale product launches
- Familiarity with Shopify and ecommerce ecosystems
