[Remote] Financial Planning Assistant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Financial Planning Assistant will represent the company positively while assisting a Financial Advisor in servicing clients and supporting wealth management activities. Responsibilities include client communication, financial data management, and compliance monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Collect and input clients’ financial situation in financial planning software
- Support wealth management research, trading, performance tracking, etc
- Prepare for client meetings (deliverables, portfolio review, illustrations, and opportunities)
- Assist in new business processing and tracking
- Deliver superior client services including initiating and editing client communications, responding to client requests and overall support to advisors and various professionals
- Follow work priorities, ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
- Monitor compliance requirements and complete special projects and other duties as assigned

- Completion of FINRA license exams – SIE, Series 7, Series 66 and insurance licenses within 90 days of hire
- Completion of Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor (APMA) within 60 days of completion of SIE, Series 7, Series 66, and Life and Health
