[Remote] Instructional Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Robert Half is partnering with a global organization to find an experienced Instructional Designer for a high-impact Skills Transformation Program. This role focuses on enabling enterprise-wide adoption of new skills frameworks and will involve designing and delivering engaging learning solutions tailored to various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end learning solutions (ILT, VILT, eLearning, job aids, toolkits, facilitator/manager guides)
- Translate complex HR and skills-based transformation initiatives into digestible, audience-specific content
- Build structured learning paths tailored to multiple stakeholder groups (employees, leaders, HR, business partners)
- Partner closely with HR, Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, and business leaders to align training with adoption strategies
- Support pilot sessions, gather feedback, and iterate quickly to improve learning effectiveness
- Develop scalable, reusable learning assets for global deployment
Skills
- 5+ years of instructional design experience in a corporate environment
- Proven experience supporting HR transformation, enterprise change, or digital/process transformation initiatives
- Strong expertise in adult learning principles, curriculum design, and learning evaluation
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Articulate (Rise/Storyline), LMS platforms, video tools, and PowerPoint
- Ability to simplify complex processes into clear, actionable learning content
- Strong stakeholder management and project execution skills in fast-paced environments
- Experience with skills-based talent initiatives or workforce transformation programs
- Exposure to change management methodologies and adoption strategies
- Experience in large, global, or manufacturing environments
