[Remote] Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Amtech Software is a leading provider of enterprise software solutions for the packaging, printing, and manufacturing industries. They are seeking an Account Manager who will oversee customer relationships and account growth, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success across assigned accounts.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning
- Create and follow up on leads; create quotations/proposals; and close business
- Manage named accounts, ensuring clients are satisfied, and generating new sales opportunities across product lines
- Provide consulting services and develop relationships with customers
- Identify sales opportunities within managed accounts and new business through direct prospecting, lead follow up, networking, and partner relationships
- Maintain up-to-date and extensive knowledge of all Amtech product offerings
- Focus on new business and growth within Amtech's customer base
- Effectively use Salesforce to track leads, proposals, and forecasts
- Utilize various sales techniques, including face-to-face, remote, social selling, and conference participation, to drive business results
- Demonstrate strong hunting and prospecting skills across a large territory
- Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application
- Effectively present Amtech's suite of products to new and existing customers
- Address customer questions and concerns and provide strategic account insight
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Deliver input to Marketing to support lead generation and sales campaigns
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise consulting and/or ERP software sales required
- Proven sales experience in the IT industry with strong software knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
- Basic understanding of contracts, terms and conditions, and the ability to negotiate standard and non-standard agreements
- Experience selling software and services within the manufacturing sector preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
