[Remote] Sr. Director, Services & Sales - Defense

They are seeking a Sr. Director of Services & Sales to drive revenue growth and build strong customer relationships, focusing on developing and executing sales strategies for professional services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive professional services revenue growth and expand market share
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing services sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers
- Partner cross-functionally with product, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure seamless service execution and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor
- Drive pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance metrics
- Collaborate on pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and service packaging to maximize profitability
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in supply chain software
Skills
- 8-10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong focus on professional services and enterprise solutions
- Proven success in selling within the supply chain software or related technology industry
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience managing senior sales professionals
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Experience working with SaaS or cloud-based supply chain platforms
- Familiarity with large-scale enterprise transformations and consulting engagements
- Established network within the supply chain and logistics ecosystem
