- Convert changing pharmacy market dynamics and client challenges into a concrete technical roadmap while overseeing the creation of new predictive models
- Collaborate closely with health plan executives, including chief medical officers, pharmacy directors, and actuaries, to manage onboarding and demonstrate financial impact
- Design and implement original frameworks for building, measuring, and deploying machine learning algorithms without relying on existing templates
Skills

- Lawful authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
- Availability to fully align your daily schedule with the Eastern Time Zone
- Professional trajectory that began in hands-on technical roles and naturally transitioned into strategic leadership positions managing complex data initiatives
- Direct experience scaling an early-stage analytics product from its initial launch to a standardized corporate solution
- Extended tenure within internal corporate healthcare environments rather than a history primarily focused on external consulting
- Strategic awareness or exposure to generative AI and agentic AI frameworks to assist with future product roadmapping
Benefits
- Variable performance incentives
- Fully covered health insurance premiums for employees
- A 5% retirement match
- A flexible time-off policy
