[Remote] Technical Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Veridian Tech Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager with experience in driving cross-functional programs from conception to delivery. The role involves managing technical projects, coordinating communications, and fostering Agile methodologies while ensuring timely delivery and superior outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end technical program management across a multiple, cross-functional programs from initial conception, through design and development, to delivery of tested, useable prototypes
- Work across cross-functional partners (engineering, business, product and design) to identify scope, constraints, dependencies, risks, and timelines across programs
- Lead team of Scrum Masters supporting complex transformation programs by coaching them on Client specific tools, frameworks, and processes related to DevSecOps Delivery
- Proactively identify technical, procedural, legal, logistical, and communications challenges and partner with leads to drive creative solutions to resolve issues and mitigate risks
- Coordinate communications across internal and external teams, including upwards communication to team leadership. Coordinate and facilitate daily/weekly meetings with senior stakeholders
- Frequent communication with program leadership to shape and deliver on the product roadmap, and requires to nimbly switch between strategic and tactical initiatives to achieve technical, and business goals
- Manage multiple technical projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and superior outcomes
- Prior Experience with object-oriented modelling, APIs & web services, middleware, database, and data mining systems
- Foster Agile methodologies, principles and practices within the teams
- Monitor the status of the development project, including progress, issues, timelines, and risks. Communicate transparently with senior stakeholders

- 14 plus years of work experience with 3-5 years of minimum experience as a Technical Program Manager/Technical-Delivery Lead
- Experience in CPG delivery teams or with a Top-Tier consulting firm

- Ability to connect dots across workstreams and identify critical program dependencies
- Strong track record of delivery
- Pragmatic and iterative approach to building software
- Demonstrated track record of building and delivering software
- Ability to work effectively with external and internal teams
- Deep understanding of infrastructure and dataset dependencies for feature/application deployments
- Knowledge of integration testing requirements before deployment
- Technical adaptability with knowledge of programming languages and technologies relevant to the organization
- Exceptional business relationship skills

- Ability to recommend alternative technical and business approaches
- Ability to lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions
- Good understanding of SDLC models
