[Remote] Enterprise Sales Executive

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TeamDynamix is an award-winning enterprise SaaS solution provider seeking a remote Enterprise Sales Executive. This role involves selling the company's SaaS solutions to various organizations and requires developing relationships with executive decision-makers while meeting sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Generate Net-New Logo business through developing relationships and closing business with executive level decision makers
  • Utilize sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and a hunter sales mentality
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by consistently identifying your customers’ needs and pain-points through effective discovery
  • Work closely with a team of Sales Development Representatives responsible for supporting you with a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
  • Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers to communicate and demonstrate the benefits of TeamDynamix’s solutions to decision makers
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives and KPIs
  • Consistently provide reliable sales forecasts

Skills

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience in the Enterprise space with a documented history of success
  • 2+ years of experience in ITSM, or ESM and/or ITAMM
  • Verifiable and consistent track record of exceeding sales quota, building strong pipelines, and closing business
  • Must be able to drive end-to-end sales initiatives from pipeline generation to close
  • Capable of effectively managing a prolonged sales cycle and persuading a committee of key decision makers to act
  • Skilled in the art of contract negotiation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required
  • Strong Enterprise level discovery skills and the ability to multi-thread
  • Strong presentation skills and a polished, professional demeanor
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time as needed for prospect engagements and industry events
  • Self-starter and with a relentless work ethic
  • Preferably located in Central or Pacific time zones
