[Remote] 🏁 Content Creator — Sim Racing

RACEMAKE is building PitGPT, an AI race engineer for sim racing, and they are seeking a Content Creator to produce engaging video content that captures the essence of racing. The role involves creating short, impactful clips that resonate with the sim racing community, focusing on quality and consistency without the need for agency involvement.
Responsibilities
- You make the content. End to end. No agency, no brief-and-wait
- Clips — short, sharp video that shows a real driver finding 0.4s in sector 2. The result is the story; the product is the tool in it
- Formats — you find what sticks on YouTube, Shorts, Reels and TikTok in our segment, and you ship it weekly, not quarterly
- Volume with taste — fast and consistent, still good. Quantity that doesn't look cheap
- Feedback loop — you watch what lands, double down, kill what doesn't
Skills
- Experience in creating engaging video content for social media platforms such as YouTube, Shorts, Reels, and TikTok
- Ability to produce short, sharp videos that tell a story and highlight key moments in sim racing
- Familiarity with serious sim racing games like iRacing, Le Mans Ultimate, ACC, AC, ACE
- Ownership of a sim racing rig and experience with sim racing to ensure authentic content creation
- Ability to analyze content performance and adapt strategies based on feedback
- Strong editing skills and experience in shooting and cutting video content
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to produce content on a consistent basis
- Previous experience creating sim racing content with a real, engaged audience
- Experience shooting and cutting content for a hardware brand or studio
