Responsibilities
- Assist with trust and estate administration tasks, including document tracking and electronic filing
- Provide administrative support for financial and legal workflows tied to client services
- Ensure accuracy and organization across all administrative and client documentation
- Prepare, collect, and complete forms related to banking and financial accounts
- Manage and prioritize a high-volume, complex email inbox, ensuring timely responses and proper routing
- Handle professional, high-level inbound and outbound phone calls with clients and partners
- Support legal timekeeping and billing processes (similar to law firm environments)
Skills
- Background in legal, trust & estate, or financial planning environments strongly preferred
- Understanding of Trusts vs. Power of Attorney
- Understanding of IRA vs. investment accounts
- Experience with legal timekeeping or billable work structures
- Strong administrative background with proven ability to manage high-volume workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Comfortable learning complex systems and processes
