[Remote] Healthcare Advisory Board Member – Alzheimer’s Treatment Center Growth

Alzheimer's Treatment Centers of America (ATCA) is seeking a healthcare advisory board member to support the growth of its Alzheimer’s treatment center platform. The role involves advising on treatment center growth strategy, scalable care delivery, and governance for responsible scaling.
Responsibilities
- Advise on enterprise growth priorities, treatment center rollout strategy, geographic expansion, and the strategic decisions required to scale ATCA’s Alzheimer’s treatment center footprint effectively
- Guide the standardization and replication of treatment center operations across markets, including care pathway design, interdisciplinary structures, and systems that preserve quality while enabling sustainable growth
- Provide guidance on reimbursement alignment, market positioning, partnership development, referral growth, and the commercial frameworks needed to support successful treatment center expansion
- Advise on AI-enabled care delivery, digital health integration, strategic differentiation, and the governance infrastructure required to scale responsibly and credibly
Skills
- Accomplished healthcare executive, physician leader, operator, or strategic advisor
- Track record in treatment center expansion, healthcare growth, multi-site operations, or scalable care delivery
- Experience in advising on enterprise growth priorities and treatment center rollout strategy
- Ability to guide the standardization and replication of treatment center operations across markets
- Expertise in reimbursement alignment, market positioning, partnership development, and referral growth
- Knowledge of AI-enabled care delivery and digital health integration
- Experience in governance infrastructure required to scale responsibly and credibly
