[Remote] RVP, Enterprise Sales - Life Sciences

They are seeking a RVP, Enterprise Sales to lead a team of Account Executives, focusing on driving new business and expanding enterprise relationships in the life sciences sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to consistently exceed revenue targets
- Drive new logo acquisition while expanding existing enterprise relationships
- Own pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and overall revenue performance
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to strengthen GTM execution
- Build and execute account strategies that deepen penetration within complex enterprise customers
- Establish repeatable sales processes that scale in a high-growth environment
- Maintain and grow executive-level relationships with key customers
- Hire, mentor, and retain top-performing sales talent
Skills
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including time in high-growth or startup environments
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing quota-carrying sales teams
- Proven track record of exceeding ($2M-$8M) revenue targets across new business and expansion
- Strong executive presence with the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles
- Experience selling into life sciences organizations (pharma, biotech, medtech, or CROs) strongly preferred
