ProFinda is expanding their sales efforts in the US market and searching for a passionate and innovative Sales Executive to help us continue to engage and win new customers. The role involves driving new business sales in the mid-market segment and managing relationships with existing customers to enhance revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business sales in the mid-market segment through prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing mid-market customers to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospects and customers to understand their needs, pain points, and business objectives
  • Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and proposals that align with customer needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to prospects and customers
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns that drive demand generation and revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to sales leadership
  • Manage multiple deals simultaneously and effectively prioritize and manage time to achieve sales targets
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote our products and services

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on mid-market customers
  • Ideally experience in ProServe
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role
  • Strong ability to manage multiple deals and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • MBA is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
