[Remote] SAP PTP – Procurement Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lupus Consulting is seeking a skilled PTP – Procurement Consultant to support a large-scale organizational separation project. The role involves analyzing, restructuring, and implementing procurement processes to align with a new organizational model for two independent business divisions.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on SAP Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes within the context of a corporate carve-out
- Analyze existing procurement workflows and redesign them to support the structure and needs of two newly separated divisions
- Support SAP system configuration related to purchasing, vendor management, pricing, and procurement approvals
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, finance, and supply chain to map requirements and ensure proper alignment
- Manage master data adjustments related to suppliers, purchasing info records, and procurement-related materials
- Contribute to testing cycles including SIT and UAT, and support cutover and go-live activities
- Ensure compliance with corporate procurement standards and help mitigate operational and process-related risks
Skills
- Strong experience as an SAP PTP / Procurement Consultant, preferably within transformation or separation projects
- Solid understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, vendor management, and SAP purchasing functions
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English and strong, confident Spanish language skills are mandatory
- Ability to work effectively in a complex, multinational environment
