[Remote] Social Media Content Creator - Equity + Profit Sharing
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SideKix HQ Inc. is seeking a Digital Content Creator to enhance their digital presence across various platforms. The role involves creating and optimizing content that aligns with the brand's voice and engages the community through innovative storytelling and strategic content planning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own a cohesive, cross-platform content strategy aligned with the SideKix brand identity and business goals
- Translate brand positioning into clear messaging frameworks tailored to each platform
- Build and maintain an editorial calendar across website, LinkedIn, Instagram, and forums
- Identify content opportunities based on user behavior, trends, platform innovations, and product updates
- Integrate AI-powered content tools and workflows to improve content scalability, personalization, and efficiency
- Explore and recommend immersive content opportunities including interactive storytelling, motion-first content, short-form video, AR/VR concepts, and emerging digital experiences
- Oversee and contribute to the creation of high-quality content including:
- Website copy (landing pages, product pages, blog posts)
- LinkedIn thought leadership and company updates
- Instagram posts, captions, reels concepts, and campaigns
- Community forum posts, announcements, and engagement threads
- AI-enhanced and multimedia content experiences
- Interactive and immersive digital storytelling formats
- Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all channels
- Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to produce engaging multimedia content
- Leverage AI tools for ideation, production support, optimization, and content scaling while maintaining brand authenticity and quality
- Align, document, and enforce SideKix’s brand voice and tone guidelines
- Act as the gatekeeper for all external-facing content
- Adapt messaging appropriately for different audiences (members, advisors, partners)
- Ensure all content reflects SideKix’s values, personality, and positioning
- Ensure AI-assisted content outputs maintain brand consistency, emotional resonance, and authenticity
- Drive engagement strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, and community forums
- Monitor conversations and respond or guide responses in alignment with brand voice
- Foster a sense of community through meaningful, authentic interactions
- Identify and amplify user-generated content and community stories
- Develop engagement concepts that leverage immersive and interactive content formats
- Track and analyze content performance across all platforms (engagement, reach, conversions, retention)
- Use insights to continuously refine content strategy and improve outcomes
- Conduct A/B testing on messaging, formats, campaigns, and AI-assisted personalization strategies
- Report on key metrics and provide actionable recommendations
- Analyze emerging platform and algorithm trends to continuously evolve content performance
- Partner with marketing to align content with launches and campaigns
- Work with UX/UI to optimize website content for user experience
- Collaborate with external partners, creators, influencers, and production teams when needed
- Partner with product and creative teams to develop immersive digital experiences and innovative storytelling initiatives
- Optimize website and blog content for SEO and discoverability
- Stay current on algorithm changes, AI content trends, and platform innovations (LinkedIn, Instagram, emerging social platforms)
- Apply best practices for each channel (format, timing, tone, hashtags, etc.)
- Understand evolving search behaviors including AI search and generative discovery trends
- Manage content workflows, approvals, and publishing processes
- Maintain consistency and quality control across all deliverables
- Scale content production efficiently through tools, templates, automation, and AI-enabled workflows
- Evaluate and implement emerging content technologies and creative production tools
Skills
- 4–6+ years in digital content, social media, brand marketing, or digital storytelling roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-platform content strategy and execution
- Deep understanding of social platforms (especially LinkedIn and Instagram)
- Experience using AI tools for content ideation, workflow optimization, personalization, and creative production
- Experience with AI-assisted creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Synthesia, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with immersive content production including AR/VR concepts, interactive campaigns, or experiential storytelling
- Experience creating content for mobile-first products or digital communities
- Understanding of creator economy trends, social engagement mechanics, and emerging digital behaviors
- Understanding of emerging content formats including short-form video, motion graphics, interactive storytelling, and immersive digital experiences
- Experience managing brand voice and storytelling
- Analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics to guide decisions
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup or product-driven environments
