RealtorFinder is building a new way for real estate agents to connect with motivated home sellers, and they are seeking ambitious, self-motivated sales professionals to join their founding sales team. The role involves generating and managing a pipeline of prospects, conducting outreach, and building relationships with real estate professionals.
Responsibilities
- Introduce Realtors and brokerages to RealtorFinder
- Generate and manage your own pipeline of prospects
- Conduct outreach through phone, email, social media, and networking
- Demonstrate the value of the RealtorFinder platform
- Help onboard new Founding Realtors
- Build relationships with real estate professionals across your market
- Collaborate directly with company leadership

- Sales, real estate, recruiting, or business development experience is a plus
