[Remote] Sr. Correspondent Account Executive

They are seeking an experienced Correspondent Account Executive to develop and manage relationships with correspondent mortgage lenders, focusing on delivering tailored solutions and ensuring smooth pipeline management.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with correspondent lenders
- Train and educate partners on Newfi’s programs, processes, and technology
- Drive funded loan production to $10M+ monthly, ensuring smooth pipeline management
- Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for your clients
- Monitor loan deliveries, expiring rate locks, and ensure timely closings
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service and support
- Stay informed on industry trends and compliance guidelines
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in correspondent or third-party mortgage originations
- Proven success in account management or business development roles
- Strong knowledge of Delegated and Non-Delegated lending practices
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a focus on customer service
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required
- College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
