[Remote] Senior Account Manager

Atwave is a leading company in developing email as a paid customer acquisition channel, partnering with brands for scalable growth through performance marketing. They are seeking a Senior Account Manager who will lead publisher growth, optimize campaign performance, and manage key media partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall strategy for publisher acquisition, growth, retention, and optimization
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with principal media and publisher partners
- Continuously evaluate and optimize media mix performance across client portfolios
- Establish strategic partnerships that drive long-term revenue growth and competitive advantage
- Lead audience development, media planning, creative strategy, and campaign optimization initiatives
- Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven recommendations to improve results
- Monitor key performance indicators including conversion rates, click-through rates, retention, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value
- Partner with Client Services and Sales teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals and revenue objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaign execution from traffic source through conversion
- Partner with executive leadership to identify the highest ROI opportunities for company growth
- Support new business initiatives through strategic planning and publisher expertise
- Collaborate with Sales and Client Services to prospect, win, and expand key accounts
- Drive publisher and campaign revenue growth while maintaining profitability targets
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, publisher management, or related digital marketing disciplines
- Proven success building, scaling, and managing publisher and media partnerships
- Strong understanding of email marketing, customer acquisition, and performance media channels
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Expertise with reporting, tracking, BI, and campaign management platforms
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and achieving growth targets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
