[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst

SystemsAccountants is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a high-impact FP&A position that focuses on data-driven analysis and strategic decision-making. The role involves supervising a team of Financial Analysts, partnering with senior leadership on strategic planning, and conducting detailed financial analyses to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Financial Analysts, managing workload allocation, professional development, and quality of output
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and management reporting
• Lead and conduct detailed financial and statistical analyses to support business decision-making
• Oversee preparation of monthly financial reports and financial statement analysis
• Serve as the bridge between the analytical team and management, ensuring all deliverables meet content and presentation standards
• Structure team workflows to challenge analysts and foster open communication around professional growth

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
• Background in hospitality, banking, or financial services is required
• Demonstrated experience leading or supervising a team
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with SQL, Business Intelligence tools, or related reporting platforms required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or Mathematics
• Exposure to Anaplan or similar planning platforms
