[Remote] Account Manager - North America - Corporate Segment

They are seeking an Account Manager to own the full commercial relationship and customer success across a book of corporate accounts, ensuring value delivery and driving renewals and cross-sell opportunities. This high-impact role involves building systems for managing accounts at scale while maintaining quality customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full commercial relationship and customer’s success across a book of 100 to 200 corporate accounts
  • Ensure every customer is getting real value, expanding into new products, and renewing with conviction
  • Build the systems, playbooks, and scaled motions that drive meaningful outcomes across a diverse book
  • Advise on agent design, voice customization, conversation flows, integrations, and use data to spot friction before customers do
  • Connect what's working technically to what's growing commercially and partner closely with high growth accounts to help them achieve value
  • Own NRR across managed book of business, drive cross-sell into ElevenLabs’ expanding product suite, and lead renewals end to end

Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of Account Management or Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products - you know what good looks like in a technical, fast-moving customer environment
  • A track record of owning commercial outcomes: quota, renewals, cross-sell, and the full expansion motion from identifying the opportunity to closing it
  • Comfortable managing a high-volume book of business with a systems mindset - you build playbooks and repeatable motions, not just individual relationships
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI concepts, API integrations, and SDKs; you can hold a technical conversation with a developer or engineering team and earn their trust
  • Experience using product usage data to stay ahead of your accounts - spotting health signals, identifying expansion opportunities, and getting in front of risk before it becomes churn
  • Strong communicator who can move fluidly between a founder, a technical lead, and a procurement team in the same week
  • Experience in the voice AI, audio AI, or conversational AI space
  • Experience selling or expanding into multiple products within a platform
