- Guide members through the onboarding and enrollment process
- Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication
- Provide ongoing client support and professional service
- Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and development calls
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and organized professionals comfortable working independently
- Individuals familiar with virtual communication platforms and digital systems
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Access to reliable internet and a Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam
- Customer service, consulting, or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
