[Remote] Enterprise Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HiveMQ is the Industrial AI Platform helping enterprises transition from connected devices to intelligent operations. They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead complex enterprise sales in North America, working with stakeholders to modernize data infrastructure using their MQTT platform.
Responsibilities
- Leading complex enterprise sales in North America
- Work closely with technical and business stakeholders
- Help industrial and digital-first enterprises modernize their data infrastructure with HiveMQ’s enterprise-grade MQTT platform
Skills
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally in IoT, data infrastructure, cloud, or integration platforms
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle sales and closing high-value, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals (6- and 7-figure)
- Strong command of value-based selling frameworks such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message
- Experience selling to both technical (e.g., architects, engineers) and economic (e.g., VPs, CIOs) buyers
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
- Experience with MQTT, messaging platforms, edge computing, or event-driven architecture
- Deep understanding of industrial sectors (e.g., manufacturing, automotive, energy, healthcare) and their digital transformation challenges
- Background working with or through industrial systems integrators, automation firms, or hyperscaler cloud marketplaces
- Demonstrated ability to build internal champions and lead multithreaded, competitive sales pursuits
- Passion for emerging technologies and a desire to be at the forefront of the edge-to-cloud data revolution
