[Remote] Enterprise Account Executive - Digital Marketing Services

They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle for their ORM and Digital Marketing Services, focusing on consultative selling to high-level clients.
Responsibilities
- Generate Revenue: Own the full sales process from lead qualification through custom presentations, ROI analysis, fee negotiation, SOW review, and closing new business in the ORM and Digital Marketing space
- Consultative Selling: Conduct deep dive discovery sessions to understand prospect pain points, analyze their digital footprint, and tailor solutions that build trust and protect credibility
- Presentation and Pitching: Deliver compelling presentations to executive level stakeholders and high net worth individuals using tools such as SERP analysis and reputation scorecards
- Pipeline Management: Manage a high volume pipeline, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure a steady flow of qualified leads
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with internal strategy, SEO, and content teams to develop customized proposals
- Negotiation: Close complex, long term contractual agreements and retainer based services
- Account Growth: Build post sale relationships and identify upsell opportunities for large enterprise clients
Skills
- 5 to 7+ years of experience selling ORM, digital marketing, or PR services to SMB and Enterprise brands
- Strategic thinker with strong consultative selling instincts
- Exceptional presenter, able to communicate complex ORM, crisis management, and digital strategies to senior stakeholders
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot) and SEO/reputation tools (BrightEdge, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meltwater)
- Bachelor's degree required
