[Remote] Account Manager

They are seeking a motivated Account Executive to join their inside sales team, responsible for driving new business and managing sales pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business through outbound cold calls and cold emails
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Understand merchant needs and present tailored solutions
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of activities and customer interactions in the CRM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in an inside sales or similar role
- Proven ability to meet or exceed aggressive sales goals
- Highly self-driven with a hunger for success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach (calls and emails)
- Eagerness to learn about our products, merchants' businesses, and the fintech industry
- Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and platforms
