Responsibilities
- Develop product strategy, long-term vision, and roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Analyze stakeholder needs, feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities
- Translate strategy into detailed roadmap and features and prioritize features for engineering and scrum teams
- Collaborate with engineering, design, stakeholders, and presales to guide product development, launch, and positioning
- Define success metrics (KPIs) and use data to make informed decisions and measure product performance
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management (or related roles such as project management or technical positions)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Product Management certification (flexible on type)
- Ability to translate high-level vision into actionable product plans, leveraging strong data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Solid technical understanding to collaborate with engineering teams and assess feasibility, with proven experience managing products throughout their lifecycle
