• Support individuals as they explore options aligned with their personal and professional objectives
• Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up activities
• Participate in regular training, mentoring, and professional development
• Utilise digital platforms and communication tools to connect with a broad audience
• Contribute to initiatives that support awareness and engagement within the learning and development space
• Continue strengthening your own leadership, communication, and professional capabilities

Skills

• A minimum of 5 years' professional experience
• Experience in Learning & Development, Education, Leadership, Human Resources, Coaching, Mentoring, Consulting, Talent Development, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional, self-directed, and accountable approach to work
• Confidence working independently in a remote environment
• A genuine interest in personal growth and lifelong learning
• Openness to ongoing training and professional development
• The ability to build rapport and establish meaningful professional relationships
