[Remote] Digital Marketing Manager

They are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee their digital presence across three distinct brands, focusing on content creation, social media engagement, and paid media campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Own content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms for Lemonati, Mighty Swell, and LemOh THC
- Develop and execute platform-native content that reflects the distinct voice, visual world, and audience of each brand
- Write copy, brief creative, and work with external resources to produce scroll-stopping assets
- Manage community engagement: respond to comments, monitor brand sentiment, and build authentic audience relationships
- Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm shifts, and cultural moments to keep each brand timely and relevant
- Plan and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube from strategy through reporting
- Own retailer media spends across key retail partners (Target, Walmart, HEB, and others) including ad placements, sponsored listings, and digital shelf programs
- Analyze performance data, optimize in-flight campaigns, and deliver clear, actionable weekly and monthly reporting
- Partner with the sales team to align retailer media investment with distribution priorities and promotional windows
- Build and manage an influencer roster across tiers, from nano creators to macro partners, for each brand
- Draft briefs, negotiate deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure content authentically reflects brand voice
- Track influencer performance and maintain an ongoing network of creator relationships across lifestyle, food and beverage, and cannabis-adjacent spaces
- Identify gifting, seeding, and co-creation opportunities that extend brand reach organically
- Develop integrated social and digital strategies tied to campaign moments, product launches, and seasonal windows
- Maintain a unified brand voice guide and content standards across all three brands
- Manage external agency and freelance relationships where applicable
- Bring forward new platform opportunities, partnership ideas, and creative directions proactively
- Use AI and LLM tools to help improve content ideation, copywriting, research, reporting, campaign planning, and workflow efficiency
- Stay current on emerging digital tools, creator trends, AI-enabled marketing platforms, and new ways to improve execution
- Help build repeatable systems for content calendars, asset organization, reporting, and cross-functional communication
Skills
- 4 to 6 years of digital marketing or social media experience, ideally within CPG, food and beverage, or a similarly fast-moving consumer category
- Proven track record managing multi-brand or multi-product social accounts with distinct voices
- Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager) with real budget accountability
- Experience with retailer media platforms such as Instacart Ads, Criteo, or retail-specific DSPs
- Strong copywriting instincts and the ability to write in multiple brand voices without losing authenticity
- Proficiency in social analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Later, Dash Hudson, or native platform analytics
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple content calendars and campaigns simultaneously
- Comfortable using AI/LLM tools as part of the modern marketing workflow; direct experience is a plus
- Experience marketing alcohol, THC/cannabis-adjacent beverages, or other regulated products
- Existing relationships within the influencer and creator community in food, beverage, lifestyle, or wellness
- Background in brand strategy or creative development in addition to execution
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut for light asset creation and editing
