[Remote] Founding Account Executive (SaaS)

The role involves owning the sales cycle, understanding customer needs, and building scalable sales processes to drive revenue growth in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Own the sales cycle from creating your pipeline (prospecting) to managing prospects and closing deals
- Run consultative sales process for objecting handling
- Understand customer pain points around Amazon advertising and sales. Use your knowledge of the ecosystem to translate our platform's capabilities into business value
- Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets in a highly competitive environment
- Build scalable processes to scale the sales team
Skills
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in North America
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
- Strong discovery skills; comfortable with consultative, value-based selling rather than transactional approaches
- Self-starter mentality, you're comfortable building sales processes from grounds up
- Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical buyers
- Amazon Ads SaaS experience is preferred
- Candidate must be located in US or Canada
