Position Overview

The Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative is the front line of our customer experience. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, schedule service appointments, and perform quality‑assurance reviews of completed service tickets. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers receive prompt, courteous, and accurate support throughout their journey with arenaflex. While the position is fully remote, you will collaborate closely with local technicians, installation teams, and senior leaders to deliver a seamless service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service on all inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a positive, solution‑focused attitude.
  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule service visits with local technicians, ensuring optimal routing and timely completion.
  • Quality Assurance: Review completed service tickets for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Liaison Role: Act as the primary point of contact between the regional office, installation crews, and service teams, facilitating clear communication.
  • Data Management: Accurately document interactions, update CRM records, and generate reports that support continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
  • Minimum of 1 year proven experience in a customer service or call‑center environment.
  • At least 1 year of office or administrative experience, demonstrating proficiency with paperless workflows.
  • Strong computer literacy; comfortable navigating multiple software platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and shift focus quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Active listening skills and a genuine empathy for customers’ needs and concerns.
  • Self‑driven mindset with a “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” attitude and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada without employer sponsorship.
