Why This Role Matters
arenaflex is embarking on a critical Beacon‑to‑Link migration initiative that will transition thousands of healthcare providers, laboratories, and administrative users to a new, more efficient application platform. This migration is essential to reduce downtime, streamline data flow, and ensure that clinicians receive timely, accurate information for patient care. As an Application Administrator, you will be at the heart of this transformation, manually creating organizations, user accounts, and essential data elements while supporting end‑users throughout the transition.
Position Overview
This is a fully remote, entry‑level opportunity designed for individuals who excel at fast, accurate typing, possess strong customer‑service instincts, and are comfortable working with Microsoft Word and Excel. You will collaborate with a small, agile development team and serve as a vital bridge between technical resources and the end‑users—doctors, nurses, and administrative staff—who rely on arenaflex’s applications daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high‑volume data entry tasks, creating and configuring organizations, user profiles, and related entities in the Link system.
- Validate data accuracy, ensuring that each entry meets arenaflex’s quality standards and complies with regulatory requirements.
- Provide real‑time support to end‑users via phone, chat, or email, troubleshooting login issues, permission problems, and data discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify automation opportunities and feed back insights that can improve migration tools.
- Maintain detailed documentation of processes, issues encountered, and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future migrations.
- Participate in shift‑based coverage (8 AM–5 PM, 9 AM–6 PM, 10 AM–7 PM, or 11 AM–8 PM EST) to align with the needs of various business divisions.
- Assist with tier‑1 help‑desk triage, escalating complex technical problems to senior support engineers when necessary.
- Complete a brief 3‑minute IKM assessment to verify typing speed and accuracy before onboarding.
- Adhere to arenaflex’s security policies, including completing a mandatory drug test and maintaining a reliable internet connection.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business administration or information technology is a plus.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
- Fluent command of written and spoken English; bilingual ability in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including the creation of spreadsheets, data sorting, and basic formula usage.
- Demonstrated customer‑service experience, preferably in a help‑desk or support environment.
- Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction‑free workspace suitable for remote work.
- Willingness to undergo a pre‑employment drug test and background screening.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in a tier‑1 help‑desk or technical support role, especially within a healthcare or life‑sciences setting.
- Familiarity with data migration concepts, SaaS platforms, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Basic understanding of HIPAA regulations and data privacy best practices.
- Ability to quickly learn new software tools and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a collaborative mindset that aligns with arenaflex’s values of integrity and teamwork.
Core Competencies
