Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Service Excellence

- Manage web‑pick‑up orders by monitoring the Picture Care Plus system, assembling orders, and delivering them to waiting customers.
- Maintain a clean, well‑merchandised sales floor, ensuring shelves are stocked, displays are attractive, and promotional signage is current.
Pharmacy Operations & Support
- Utilize arenaxflex pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information, accurately entering data under pharmacist supervision.
- Assist in filling prescriptions by counting, pouring, and verifying pharmaceutical products, ensuring correct medication and dosage.
- Report any prescription errors immediately to the pharmacist on duty and follow arenaflex Quality Improvement Program protocols.
- Handle non‑clinical telephone calls, including communications with physicians, and process manual claims for third‑party prescription services.
- Support inventory management activities: ordering, receiving, checking, and storing pharmaceutical shipments; conduct regular stock rotation using FIFO (first‑in, first‑out) methodology.
- Adhere to arenaflex Pharmacy Code of Conduct, state and federal regulations, and the arenaflex policy regarding Good Faith Dispensing.
- Assist with compliance checks for regulated products such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Participate in the creation and upkeep of promotional displays, seasonal setups, and merchandise resets as directed by the store manager.
Training, Development & Compliance
- Earn and maintain PTCB certification through the designated training program or meet state‑required pharmacy technician licensing standards.
- Complete ongoing training modules, performance‑linked learning (PPL) sessions, and continuing education credits to stay current on healthcare trends.
- Demonstrate knowledge of arenaflex asset protection techniques, reporting discrepancies such as overages, shortages, or damaged goods promptly.

Essential Qualifications
