Position Overview – Remote Customer Service Representative (Indiana)

We are seeking enthusiastic, tech‑savvy problem solvers to join our remote customer service team.   • Upselling & Cross‑Selling: Identify customer needs and position new features or complementary products, clearly articulating the benefits and value proposition.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues using step‑by‑step guides, remote diagnostics, and collaboration with senior support teams when necessary.
  • Documentation & Follow‑Up: Accurately log interactions in the CRM, flag escalations, and ensure timely follow‑up on open tickets or promises made during the call.

Essential Qualifications
