Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication & Issue Resolution: Retrieve, research, and resolve customer emails and service requests with speed and professionalism.
  • Order Fulfillment & Shipping: Prepare and ship physical media (USB drives, CDs, printed documents) for arenaflex publications, ensuring accuracy and on‑time delivery.
  • Order Status Management: Advise customers on order status, changes, and improvements; proactively follow up on any account‑related issues.
  • Multi‑Order Coordination: Manage multiple orders and research lists simultaneously, maintaining meticulous records for each customer.
  • Data Analysis & Trend Identification: Research and analyze data to spot trends, recurring issues, or opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ground Support Activities: Provide assistance for arenaflex aircraft on‑ground (AOG) situations, coordinating with internal teams to expedite parts and services.
  • Program Management Support: Support Customer Program Managers by maintaining reports, updating customer data, and managing expectations.
  • Returns & Credit Processing: Process returns, generate credit/debit memos, resolve price discrepancies, freight credits, over‑shipments, and short‑shipments in collaboration with global sales and CSR channels.
  • Discrepancy Investigation: Handle customer‑initiated discrepancy requests via Salesforce Service Cloud or phone queue, conducting thorough investigations, root‑cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply‑chain, logistics, finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Essential Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or service environments.
  • At least 1 year of exposure to supply‑chain processes, including order handling and inventory management.
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, or similar database tools for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and occasional weekends when business needs dictate.
  • Strong composure under pressure, with a track record of handling high‑stress situations effectively.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience)

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Five or more years of experience in operations, distribution, aerospace, or a related high‑tempo environment (highly preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience performing data analysis, troubleshooting, and presenting actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with ERP reporting tools such as Spotfire or similar business intelligence platforms.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits

While exact compensation will be aligned with experience and market factors, the anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000 – $92,000 annually, complemented by a competitive variable‑pay component.
