As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for entrepreneurs seeking commercial insurance quotes. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum two (2) years of proven customer support experience in a remote call‑center environment.
  • At least two (2) years of experience working remotely, demonstrating self‑discipline and reliable home‑office setup.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service, communications, or insurance is a plus.
  • Strong technical proficiency, including comfort with arenaflex productivity suite (formerly arenaflex), the arenaflex browser, and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent typing and data‑entry speed, with a focus on accuracy.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone voice and active‑listening abilities.
  • Demonstrated time‑management and decision‑making capabilities, especially in fast‑paced environments.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred, enabling us to serve a broader customer base.
