- Retrieve specific data sets from the database or electronic file systems upon request from internal stakeholders.
- Perform regular data backups and follow established protocols to safeguard information against loss or corruption.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic reports, summaries, and dashboards that support operational and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to security policies when handling sensitive or proprietary information.

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, with a track record of delivering accurate results.
- Exceptional typing speed (minimum 60 WPM) and a high degree of accuracy (error rate below 1%).
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry software or CRM platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly and ethically.
- Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a functional home office setup (quiet workspace, ergonomic chair, and appropriate hardware).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear interaction with remote teammates and supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills
- Experience with cloud‑based data storage solutions (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint) and basic data migration tasks.
- Familiarity with data validation tools, macros, or simple scripting to automate repetitive tasks.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, or HIPAA, and the ability to apply best practices in data handling.
- Previous exposure to remote work environments, demonstrating self‑discipline and effective time management.
- Customer‑service orientation, with a willingness to support internal users and respond to data‑related inquiries.
