Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain relationships with external partners, ensuring they understand arenaflex’s brand DNA, business objectives, and compliance requirements.
  • Data Entry & Quality Assurance: Accurately input, validate, and update partner data in our CRM and ERP systems, maintaining a 99.9% data integrity rate.
  • Strategic Communication: Conduct outbound calls and virtual outreach to gather partner insights, resolve issues, and promote new program initiatives.
  • Experience Design Collaboration: Work closely with the Experience Design team to translate brand concepts into compelling partner presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
  • Project Coordination: Lead cross‑functional discussions, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution of partner‑focused campaigns.
  • Creative Asset Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of brand assets (logos, color palettes, typography, etc.) to partners, guaranteeing consistency across all channels.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as partner activation rates, revenue impact, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process bottlenecks, propose automation solutions, and champion best practices in data handling and partner engagement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A four‑year degree is required.
  • Experience: Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in partner management, data entry, or customer outreach within a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; comfortable conducting professional phone calls and virtual meetings.
