We are seeking a seasoned Senior Customer Experience Analyst to join our Customer Experience Strategy and Intelligence team. In this pivotal role, you will harness arenaflex’s rich data assets to uncover hidden insights, shape strategic initiatives, and elevate the planning phase of the guest journey. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Influence

  • Partner with the Senior Customer Experience Strategy Manager to develop compelling business cases that champion customer‑experience initiatives.
  • Present data‑driven insights to senior executives and cross‑functional partners, securing buy‑in and resources for high‑impact projects.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating analytical findings into strategic recommendations that align with arenaflex’s long‑term vision.

Data Analytics & Insight Generation

  • Leverage advanced analytics to identify priority workstreams, construct a customer‑centric roadmap, and monitor key experience metrics over time.
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists and analytics experts to align the right data assets with appropriate analytical techniques.
  • Design and implement measurement frameworks that evaluate the success of initiatives and track guest satisfaction scores.

Customer Experience Storytelling

  • Craft clear, concise narratives that convey the business impact of insights, supporting decisions in product design, pricing, forecasting, and marketing.
  • Develop visualizations and presentations that make complex data accessible to diverse audiences.
  • Maintain a pulse on emerging trends, competitor activities, and shifting guest dynamics through ongoing collaboration with the Consumer Insight Measurement and Analytics (CIMA) team.

Project Management & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Lead the collection of business analysis requirements across multiple high‑priority projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans that articulate value, set milestones, and coordinate efforts among internal and external partners.
  • Proactively communicate progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders, keeping projects on track and delivering measurable outcomes.

Financial Planning Support

  • Provide key inputs for long‑term and annual operating plans that underpin critical customer‑experience initiatives.
  • Analyze financial implications of proposed strategies, ensuring alignment with arenaflex’s fiscal goals.

Industry Knowledge & Continuous Learning

  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive benchmarks.
  • Leverage insights from CIMA to inform strategic direction and identify new opportunities for guest experience enhancement.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 2–3 years in strategy, business analysis, or analytics‑focused roles, preferably within a consumer‑oriented environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise with Tableau (or comparable data visualization tools) to build interactive dashboards and compelling visual stories.
  • Analytical Rigor: Strong foundation in data collection, design, analysis, quality control, and database management.
  • Problem‑Solving: Solution‑oriented mindset with a track record of creative, data‑driven problem solving and high intellectual curiosity.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex ideas into concise, persuasive recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders across diverse functions and backgrounds.
  • Time Management: Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple requests, manage competing deadlines, and proactively update stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Independence: Self‑starter who can manage workload autonomously, delivering high‑quality results with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on an analytics or insight team, contributing to enterprise‑wide data initiatives.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex’s data ecosystems and business processes related to guest planning and reservation.
  • Advanced statistical or predictive modeling skills (e.g., R, Python, SQL) that enhance analytical depth.
  • Exposure to financial planning or budgeting processes within a large, consumer‑focused organization.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
