Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end presentation design for Business Plans, Town Halls, Conferences, and C‑suite communications, ensuring every slide reflects arenaflex’s brand standards and strategic intent.
- Establish and lead a Center of Excellence (CoE) for creative assets across the U.S. Sales organization, creating reusable templates, style guides, and best‑practice processes.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership to translate high‑level business priorities into clear, persuasive narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Develop storytelling frameworks that simplify complex concepts, turning data and technical details into memorable, action‑oriented messages.
- Manage the production pipeline for presentations, coordinating with graphic designers, video producers, and web developers to deliver polished deliverables on schedule.
- Drive consistency across all communication channels—Keynote, video, web tools—by defining and enforcing visual and messaging standards.
