Why This Role Matters
As the Staff Product Manager – InHome Customer Experience, you will own the end‑to‑end journey of our customers, from the moment they place an InHome order to the final delivery of fresh items into their refrigerator. Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and evolve the product roadmap for the InHome customer experience, aligning it with arenaflex’s broader mission of convenience and sustainability.
- Feature Definition: Craft detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria that translate customer needs into actionable development tasks.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, operations, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution of new features and enhancements.
