Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive online sales strategy that aligns with arenaflex’s revenue targets and brand objectives.
  • Conduct deep‑dive data analysis using Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and other BI tools to uncover growth opportunities, forecast trends, and measure campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Marketing, Creative, Product, and Customer Success—to design, launch, and iterate on high‑impact promotional initiatives.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with affiliate networks, marketplace platforms, and other third‑party sales channels to expand reach and diversify revenue streams.
  • Monitor competitor activity, industry developments, and emerging technologies to keep arenaflex ahead of market shifts.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure a seamless end‑to‑end buying experience, from first touch to post‑purchase support.
  • Produce and maintain detailed sales performance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries that track progress against KPIs and inform strategic adjustments.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners, fostering collaboration and shared accountability for results.
  • Champion best practices in eCommerce optimization, including A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and lifecycle marketing.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in online sales, eCommerce, or digital marketplace management.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable sales growth (e.g., revenue increase, market share expansion, or profit margin improvement).
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, generate insights, and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and at least one major eCommerce platform (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, etc.).
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience leading cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Experience managing affiliate programs and negotiating partnership agreements.
  • Self‑starter mindset; comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
