We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative – Nights & Weekends (Expedited Resolutions Specialist) to join our elite support team. The Opportunity

As an Expedited Resolutions Team associate at arenaflex, you will serve as the primary point of contact for high-level customer inquiries arriving via phone, chat, and email. You will engage with hundreds of customers and sellers daily, addressing unique challenges, providing expert technical guidance, and handling multiple tasks with both efficiency and care. How You'll Make an Impact

Every member of our customer service team contributes directly to arenaflex's reputation and bottom line. As an Expedited Resolutions Specialist, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience: Maintain a consistently excellent standard of service, using the right tone, demonstrating genuine empathy, projecting calm confidence, and paying close attention to detail in every single interaction.
  • Solve Unique Issues Efficiently: Develop and present thoughtful solutions to fan and seller issues quickly and effectively, minimizing friction and maximizing satisfaction.
  • Maintain Accurate Documentation: Update internal order notes appropriately and ensure that proper procedures are followed during every customer and seller interaction.
  • Master Our Systems and Policies: Develop thorough knowledge of arenaflex values, processes, and policies to ensure accurate exchange of information, order replacements, refunds, credits, and related transactions.
  • Demonstrate Professionalism at All Times: Utilize empathy and professionalism in every interaction — whether via phone, chat, or email — to deliver a best-in-class customer experience that reflects our award-winning standards.

Your First 30 Days

  • Complete new hire orientation and gain access to all the resources you'll need to succeed in your role.
  • Learn how live event ticket marketplaces operate and how your individual contributions create exceptional experiences for fans and sellers alike.
  • Become acclimated to team and company norms, business objectives, and arenaflex's core values.
  • Understand the full flow of buyer orders and become comfortable handling entry-level call inquiries.
  • Develop familiarity with company policies, processes, and support tools.
  • Successfully navigate and resolve non-complex customer calls.
  • Complete training with a complete understanding of how your role plays a critical part in lowering customer anxiety and building lasting loyalty.

By Day 90

  • Actively contribute to team approaches, methods, and technologies that support overall business goals, drive operational efficiencies, and reduce customer anxiety.
  • Build, maintain, and nurture internal and external relationships to drive progress and advance shared objectives.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding and practical application of industry and company processes, including replacing ticket inventory and navigating escalated contacts.

By Day 180

  • Apply proven methods to execute individual tasks that create measurable positive impact on the broader team.
  • Take an active role in continued learning to advance the skill sets necessary to meet evolving team goals.
  • Become fully competent on industry nuances and company policies.
  • Confidently manage highly complex, escalated, and high-value customer contacts without requiring guidance.
  • Be recognized as a key player on the team — someone who operates autonomously and consistently delivers results in day-to-day responsibilities.

Essential Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous work experience in customer service, ideally within retail or a service-related industry.
  • Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including the ability to maintain a typing speed of 50+ WPM and to efficiently operate basic PC and web browser functionality.
  • Empathy and Patience: Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to demonstrate empathy, project confidence, and exercise patience under pressure.
  • Written Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills with a sharp aptitude for grammar, spelling, and professional tone.
  • Multitasking Ability: Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Self-Reliance: A self-reliant mindset with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Research and Troubleshooting Skills: Solid research abilities to accurately troubleshoot customer issues and identify root causes.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to be flexible with work hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Genuine Passion: A genuine interest in live events, sports, and entertainment.

Work Schedule and Environment

We know that great service requires great working conditions. Here's what you can expect when you join arenaflex:

  • Training Schedule: Your first two weeks of employment will be Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, dedicated to comprehensive paid training.
  • Regular Schedule: After training, your schedule will be Thursday/Friday, Sunday/Monday, or Sunday/Wednesday off, with working hours from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight).
  • Hybrid Work Model: This role is hybrid — not fully remote. You'll split your time between our brand-new, perk-filled office space and the comfort of your home, with three days in-office and two days remote each week.
