About the Role

Position Type and Schedule
To be eligible for this remote opportunity, you must currently live and work in one of the following U.S. states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, or Wisconsin.
This is a full-time position that allows you to work entirely from home. At arenaflex, we are committed to providing you with the tools, resources, and supportive environment necessary to succeed in your work. Successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive 12-week paid, virtual training program, which includes instructional sessions, live observations, knowledge checks, and performance evaluations.
New hire training will take place Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. Upon successful completion of training, you will transition to your permanent shift, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. When working from home, you will be required to have a dedicated, quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet access.
The starting pay for this position is $15 per hour, with ongoing career advancement and pay progression opportunities available based on performance and tenure.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent secondary school certification.
- At least 18 years of age with authorization to work in the United States.
- Availability to work full-time, including holidays, weekends, day shifts, or night shifts (arenaflex does not offer part-time schedules for this role).
- Ability to multitask effectively and understand a variety of products and services.
- Comfort and proficiency with navigating online platforms, email, and web-based search tools.
- Dedicated high-speed internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download.
- Clear, pleasant verbal and written communication with appropriate language, tone, and inflection.
- Demonstrated perseverance and commitment to maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation, and goal achievement.
