About the Role: Your Day-to-Day Impact

As a Bilingual French / English Remote Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the vital first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, information, or resolution to their inquiries. Working entirely from home, you will interface with customers through a variety of channels, including inbound and outbound telephone calls, live chat, email correspondence, and other internet-based communication platforms. Your fluency in both French and English will allow you to serve a diverse customer base with empathy, professionalism, and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Outstanding Inbound Customer Support: Respond to incoming customer calls using a structured call flow guide, ensuring each interaction is handled in the customer's preferred language (French or English) with warmth, patience, and accuracy.
  • Resolve Technical Issues: Assist customers in troubleshooting basic technical problems related to smartphones, tablets, desktop and laptop computers, wearable devices, and other connected products. A working knowledge of iOS, MacOS, or comparable operating systems is highly preferred.
  • Document and Retrieve Information: Accurately track, document, and retrieve customer information within internal databases and CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Maintain Product Expertise: Develop and sustain in-depth knowledge of client products and services, including the latest features, updates, and troubleshooting methodologies, so you can deliver expert-level guidance to every customer.
  • Identify Upsell Opportunities: Recognize opportunities to recommend additional products or services that genuinely benefit the customer, contributing to client growth while maintaining a consultative, helpful approach.
  • Create Memorable Experiences: Deliver expert, friendly, and personalized service on every interaction — always with a smile, even when communicating through a headset from your home office.

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: An associate degree, bachelor's degree, or relevant technology certification is required. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is the minimum baseline.
  • Bilingual Fluency: The ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both French and English is mandatory for this role.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center, retail, hospitality, or technical support environment.
  • Home Office Setup: A quiet, distraction-free environment in your home dedicated to working. You will need a desktop or laptop computer capable of running PC and internet-based tests (a work-issued computer may be provided depending on the specific program, but this is not guaranteed and will be discussed in detail during the recruitment process).
  • Reliable Internet Connection: High-speed broadband internet (cable, DSL, or fiber — wireless hotspots and satellite connections are not accepted), along with a personal smartphone.
