Responsibilities

At Orkin, our purpose is to help protect the world where we live, work and play. We have a FAST PACED, fully remote Customer Contact Center with dedicated inbound sales, web sales, lost lead sales, customer service, and termite billing/claims teams. Our Spanish Bilingual Representatives are key to supporting our field offices and customers. The Pest Management Industry is growing – and is a recession-resistant line of business.   • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
  • Support our field's peak season that starts building around February
  • During peak season you can expect heavy call volume
  • Manage the customer relationship to ensure best in class service
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
  • Assist customers by offering remedies to retain business
  • Work remotely from your home office. (We will provide the computer and other equipment necessary to be successful in this role)
  • Use different gamification tools to measure performance

Qualifications

What’s required

  • High School/GED
  • 1 – 2 years commissioned sales and customer service experience; direct sales/phone sales in or out of a call center environment preferred
  • Bilingual (Fluent communicating in the English and Spanish language including written and oral)

Work From Home Requirements

  • Appropriate workspace in your home, private/semiprivate home-office space free of distractions and background noise
