This role offers a salary package of a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.   Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a 1099 Driver Recruiter, where you will play a crucial role in connecting talented drivers with leading carriers. This fully remote position allows you to collaborate with client managers to identify their hiring needs and ensure a seamless onboarding process for applicants. Key Responsibilities  Partner with client managers to assess staffing requirements and provide updates on candidate progress.  Assist drivers with the application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.  Organize and coordinate orientation logistics, including travel and accommodation arrangements as needed.  Support various administrative tasks and team requirements to enhance operational efficiency. Required Skills  Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with candidates and clients.  Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.  Problem-solving aptitude to address any unexpected challenges during the onboarding process. Qualifications  Previous experience is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.  Must be available during standard business hours.  Background in customer service, recruiting, or logistics is advantageous but not required.
