[Hiring] Compliance Analyst @Keyfactor, Inc.
Role Description The Compliance Analyst analyzes and monitors regulatory changes, implements compliance programs, and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure organizational adherence to regulations. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Conduct thorough compliance reviews and assessments of company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Assist in compliance audits, investigations, and risk assessments.
- Respond to compliance inquiries and provide guidance to internal teams.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging compliance trends.
- Prepare reports and presentations on compliance performance and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- High School diploma, or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and products and experience in IT, code development, or task management.
- In-depth understanding of the industry, company processes, and job-specific methodologies.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in relevant tools and technologies.
- Collaboration skills, applied successfully within team.
- Minimal critical thinking and a drive to improve the status quo.
- Ability to work independently, mentor junior team members, and contribute to process improvements.
- Ability to thrive with good organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills, to meet a deadline driven environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact.
Requirements
- Entry-Associate Level experience.
- Up to 10% travel requirements.
