The application will allow easier communication between PennDOT, the Federal Department of Transit, and public transit agencies within Pennsylvania while enhancing lines of business and looking forward to future changes and systems enhancements. Prospective initial deployment of the application is March 2025. Required Skills: Frameworks, such as Spec flow, to support Behavior-Driven Development (BDD). Tools: Selenium, Soap UI, DevOps. Programing Language experience: C# Manual testing including Integration Testing, Functional Testing, Acceptance Testing, Acceptance Testing, Smoke Testing, Browser compatibility test Test case writing and execution.
